Manager HElp to Buy Agent Administrator
The Manager will work closely with the Help to Buy Agent network to ensure that robust and efficient processes are in place and rigorously applied on a daily basis to consistently manage the Help to Buy programme.
The Manager will be responsible for managing and conducting regular performance reviews of the Agents. This includes regular audit and assurance activity through applying a standardised approach to monitor adherence to KPIs and service standards.
The Manager will lead on collecting and analysing management information and process documents and escalating identified breaks or deficiencies and facilitating remedial activity with the Homes England Help to Buy Team and the Help to Buy Agents
The Manager will support the Senior Manager who will be working closely with wider Homes England colleagues (Legal and Affordable Housing) to progress the Help to Buy Agent procurement
The Manager will deputise for the Senior Manager when required and this includes, in work streams to help inform the direction and specifications of the Homes England digital transformation work.
