This is an exciting opportunity to join the newly shaped Executive Office in Homes England. This role will support the Executive Office senior leadership team to drive effective, collaborative and commercial ways of working. This role is an essential one in coordinating the activity of the directorate and directing the leadership team on programme management and business planning.
The successful candidate will help the Chief of Staff to meet corporate responsibilities and act as a right hand person for the management of the directorate.
The organisation is at a turning point, with many new programmes of work including cultural change, agile working and the implementation of a new operating model. This role will be key in advising and supporting the leadership teams to bring these to life, and make the Executive Office the advocate for change and progress.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic and proactive individual with experience of business management, programme management or assurance and be able to demonstrate strong project management skills.
