We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team as a Purchase Ledger Clerk:

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, keen to learn new skills and motivated by meeting by individual and team goals and enjoys working in a high paced and exciting environment.

You will ensure the efficient and accurate administration of AM&Ms Purchase Ledger including, but not limited to, operating  a system for registering all incoming purchase invoices/credit notes on system before sending out for budget holder authorisation, reconciling supplier statements, communicating with customers and colleagues prioritising customer satisfaction and ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices to ensure the business can operate successfully.

Working with computerised accounts systems and able to pick up new I.T. systems quickly would be desirable as would experience of using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook).

Experience of communicating effectively with customers and staff in writing, face to face and over the telephone, an understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.
