Land and Property Document Assistant
An opportunity has arisen within Aster’s Property Investment team for a Land & Property Document Assistant. We are seeking an approachable and conscientious individual to join the team and to provide administrative and IT support in a variety of land and property matters.
The role performs a broad range of duties and the successful candidate will be an integral member of the team who can positively contribute towards the maintenance and development of Group electronic document registers and who will utilise their first-rate administration and communication skills to willingly assist colleagues in day to day operations. This role might be a first step for a career in information science.
Your keen attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work within timescales are all attributes which will enable you to support the team throughout its range of property transactions.
Your helpful nature, positive attitude towards your work and desire to achieve the highest level of customer service and business outcomes mean you are willing and able to assist and communicate with colleagues and customers as a representative of Aster.
