Position: HR Service Centre Assistant x 2 
Location: London 
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 35 per week 
Salary: £26,390 actual per annum

About the role: 

It is our people than enable us to meet the needs of individuals and families affected by dementia. Working as a part of the HR Operations Team within the People and Organisational Development Directorate, the aim of the HR Service Centre Assistant is to provide a professional HR advice service while delivering an efficient and effective administrative service. 

Reporting to the HR Service Centre Team Leader you will act as the first point of contact for HR related issues, providing assistance and guidance when necessary, signposting to HR Advisors and other specialist’s teams when appropriate. You will also advise managers and employees on the interpretation and application of policies, procedures and guidelines through use of different channels 

About you: 

You will have excellent customer service skills, experience of working in a human resources environment, a track record of developing and maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues and be able to communicate clearly with a number of different audiences. 

In addition you will be equally confident working on your own and as part of a team and offer support to busy and friendly colleagues when it is needed.
