We are looking to recruit an External Sales Executive to join our Halesowen office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Fleet Management industry, have a proven track-record in sales and business development and have a strong focus on new business and winning new accounts. Candidates must be hardworking, target-driven and looking to join a successful, growing company within the Fleet Management industry.
Learn and maintain a good knowledge of the companies values & services
Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company
Conduct face to face meetings with new clients
Work closely with internal sales to arrange meetings and promote new business
Maintain a prospecting database and pipeline of business opportunities
Demonstrate the companies solutions to prospective customers
Provide regular visit reports to Directors
Strive to achieve monthly sales targets as determined by the Managing Director
Minimum 3 years of proven sales success in the Fleet Management Industry.
New business / Sales experience - essential
Impeccable presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain a professional relationship with new customers
Excellent communicator both verbal and written
Full clean drivers licence
CRM system experience (not essential)
Dress down Fridays (when in the office)
28 days holiday allowance (plus bank holidays)
Salary - £25k - £30k Negotiable (Depending on experience)
