Full or Part-time Payroll Clerk
Our client is a firm of accountants based in Salisbury, that are seeking someone to undertake client payroll duties on a full or part-time basis, circa 3 days a week and upwards. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking payroll duties for a variety of clients on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis. You will liaise with clients and answer questions on payroll, undertake correspondence with HMRC, and be responsible for submitting RTI information and any associated auto enrolment duties. You will also deal with any starters, leavers, and preparation of P11ds, as well as maternity and paternity calculations / any deductions.
Ideally, you will have strong payroll experience, with a background of working within a firm of accountants or a bureau environment. The firm uses Brightpay software so experience of this would be an advantage. The firm are happy to consider those on a full or part-time basis, circa 3 days per week and upwards.
