Successful client based on just outside Dunmow are looking to recruit an experienced accounts assistant who is very experienced, has exceptionally good invoice and attention to details along with a good sense of humour and happy to work with dogs in the office. This is a small family run but hugely successful company whose turnover of staff is very small because the staff just stay here.

Process tickets produced daily from the internal system

Daily Invoicing - volumes and contents of each can vary and maybe have 2 items of 400 items on

Deal with high volume purchase invoices

Credit control duties when needed

Someone happy to be part of small busy team 'handson’ answer the phone

Talk to suppliers / customers/ MD who breezes in and out

MUST be accurate and have an eye for detail

Use of internal systems, happy to work on grounds of the owners house in an office

Busy noisy office - down to earth team senior position for experienced accounts person
