Worldpay's New Acquiring Platform (NAP) is pioneering a payment revolution. Worldpay process almost 50% of payments on the UK high street, on a typical day, we process 36 million mobile, online and in-store transactions – that’s about 415 each and every second. Join our growing Collections and Recoveries function is much more than picking up the phone to collect money. The activities the Project Support team will perform with directly contribute to the Worldpay strategic priorities, facilitating cash collection and efficiency. It's the way in which we work which is key, we operate in a regulated environment, therefore "treating customers fairly" is at the heart of everything we do.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
Our Project Support team are instrumental in delivering successful change to our Collections team and the wider business. You will adopt a support role to ensure the NAP Project Lead and NAP Project Support colleagues are placed to deliver against challenging timeframes. You will work closely with the various internal parties to create and implement Technical training based on NAP processes/functionality. You will support the Project team in testing and implementing processes across the business.

What will make you the ideal candidate?
We’re passionate about what we do – and you will be too! You’ll provide guidance and query resolution to our customers so you must have a high standard verbal and written communication. It is essential that you have an understanding of Collection’s within Worldpay working with the wider SME and Corporate Collection teams. Due to the nature of the project and the timelines to deliver by September 2019. You will be confident in communicating complex messages to a variety of internal stakeholders and be key in promoting a collaborative approach within our Project Lead team and your wider stakeholders.
