Highly regarded firm seeks Personal Injury Legal Secretary on a permanent basis in Nottinghamshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Personal Injury Legal Secretary to join a highly regarded department in Nottingham. Able to hit the ground running, the successful legal secretary will manage a varied workload, delivering comprehensive administrative support to the team. This position is offered on a full time or part time basis, working four full days a week.

Responsibilities
• Document production
• Typing
• Liaising with clients in a professional manner
• Telephony
• General administrative duties including photocopying and filing
• Diary management
• Organising client related activities
• Maintaining high levels of service at all times
• Undertaking any additional duties as required

The Candidate
• Applications are welcomed from legal secretaries with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in personal injury
• Possesses outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Has a fast and accurate typing speed and confident telephone manner
• Be personable, flexible and consider attention to detail one of your key strengths
• Work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
• Highly organised, working well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
