Reed Business Support are currently looking for an experienced secretary to join a financial services company based in Newcastle! The organisation has been established since 1901, they have very strong retention of staff and can offer you career progression.
The salary is very attractive paying up to £24,000 annually and the client can be very flexible on working times even offering part -time hours for the right candidate!
The role will involve -
• Assisting fee earners and other admin staff with ad-hoc duties.
• Take telephone messages if required and passing on messages.
• Typing letters, reports and other documents.
• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
• Reception cover when the full-time receptionist is unavailable.
The ideal secretary will come from a practice / accountancy background, however other industries will also be considered. You must have switchboard experience to be considered for the role.
