We are recruiting for a Sales Consultant to join a thriving business within the Leicester area. As an independent broker operating across the UK on both B2B and B2C, we are looking for the next outgoing telesales agent to join their growing sales team.
Established for over 5 years, the company promote a full 360 telesales approach to their industry covering procurement, portfolio management and consultancy. You will be responsible for building your own sales pipeline and engaging with prospective clients, capturing key information in order to tailor sales to each individual energy customers. As a B2B / B2C Telesales Consultant you will have the autonomy to manage your own workload and ensure you are hitting your targets.
***Highest commission structure within their industry***
- Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.00pm - early finish EVERY Friday!
- Bonus - OTE: Up to £40,000 +
- Salary: £17,000 basic per annum during probation (up to £4,000 increase in basic salary after 6 months)

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Telesales experience - B2B or B2C
- The ability to meet and exceed targets
- Ambitious attitude to work with the drive to succeed
- Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
- Able to effectively multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently
