This well established business are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join the business on a permanent basis. With big plans for the future, this is a great time to join the team. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with a start date of Tuesday 16th April. Main duties of the role are as follows:

*Inputting of sales and purchase invoices on Sage
*Matching supplier orders to invoices and checking prices, etc
*Posting payments and receipts on Sage
*Reconciling of supplier and customer accounts on Sage
*Posting journals on Sage
*Checking bank and making payments accordingly
*Preparing the month end supplier payment run
*General administration duties
*Dealing with supplier and customer queries
*Chasing payments from customer
*Taking credit card payments

Experience Required:
*Experience of Sage Accounts
*Experience of all Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, Outlook
*Good telephone manner
*Good communicator - both written and verbal
