We specialise in complex, next generation, time-critical projects across a wide range of industries for many of the world’s leading companies.

SDR role is focused on the opening stages of the sales process. Predominantly contacting prospects through cold calling and LinkedIn, the SDR will quickly develop rapport and open conversations, providing qualified leads to the field sales team.

Responsible for business generation activities for our sales team. This includes cold calling to qualify new contacts, developing relationships, and finding new opportunities

  • Responsible for researching, mapping, establishing and developing relationships with prospects to identify new business opportunities
  • Responsible for researching prospective clients and identifying stakeholders in order to generate interest and create rapport
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Making outbound business to business calls, follow-up on inbound leads so that we can continue to develop marketing efforts and generate sales.


  • 2 years B2B cold calling/telesales experience initiating outbound calls/appointment making for selling service offerings
  • A proven and demonstrable track record of success in generating qualified leads

A keen interest in technology Intellect, credibility, determination, and the ability to engage in good conversations and quickly develop rapport and a relationship with senior executives in global corporations

  • Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads
  • High level of self-motivation. Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Evidence of working towards objectives and achieving goals
  • Can provide successful evidence of working in a target related environment
  • Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent listener – listening to the prospect so they can respond appropriately
