On a day to day basis you will take ownership of organising and managing the credit control shared email inboxes, running bi-monthly letter runs and keeping the credit control system up to date.
You will be speaking to customers to take card payments and generally handle queries regarding payments and invoices.
As with all credit control roles, you will be reconciling customer accounts including withholding tax and exchange rate differences so it would be really helpful to us if you have experience in these area.

We've got a few offices so there may be the need for you to attend meetings within the group meaning the opportunity for occasional travel.

- Experience in the same or similar role
- A minimum GCSE English and Maths grade B or equivalent
- Intermediate Word and Excel working knowledge including vlookups
- To be a strong confident communicator
- Strong time management, organisation and privatisation abilities
- To be able to embrace change and encourage evolving processes; looking for better, more efficient ways to work at all times
- To enjoy working in a lively and hard working team environment
- Experience of using Sun and Salesforce would be an advantage but not essential
