Customer Service Administrator
REED Business Support are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a reputable organisation in the Crawley area.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer focused, administration role and have excellent customer service delivery when liaising with individuals at a range of levels.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Taking inbound calls from customers and responding to enquiries
- Providing customer quotes
- Processing orders
- Monitoring stock levels
- Communicating with internal stakeholders
