MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify new business opportunities in the region and create a prospect pipeline
  • Use sound knowledge of company products and services to create relevant and industry leading solutions
  • Act as the key relationship manager for existing dealer group customers
  • Manage the portfolio of customers by maintaining a programme of regular reviews.
  • Manage all volume and margin budgets for the customer and prospect portfolio to levels that deliver or improve business plan through:
- Delivery of sales performance in line with company budget

ATTITUDE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven record of success in business development and account management
  • Ideally, a sound grasp and understanding of the automotive industry
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to plan/prepare and deliver formal presentations
  • Strong influencing skills – able to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels
  • Self-motivated; high levels of drive and hunger to achieve team and personal targets
  • Disciplined, well organised with good attention to detail
  • Team player
  • PC literate in Microsoft Office packages
