Business Development Executive

Salary: Up to £24,000 circa + bonus (2k-5k) + benefits + excellent career prospects.


Our client is currently seeking an outstanding individual to join their established and successful business. This role will provide the chance to grow your skills and experience working with the latest technologies.

The main purpose of this role will involve generating and qualifying sales leads and assisting with marketing events to showcase innovative solutions to customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaise with and manage client enquiries.
  • Work closely with Marketing regarding sales campaigns and event.
  • Qualify and follow up warm leads received via company website, telephone and social media.
  • Attending and facilitate events and provide an exceptional customer experience whilst building the company brand.
  • Facilitate client training requests and generating pricing.
  • Managing client communication and building a future pipeline.
  • Develop and build lasting business relationships.
  • Attending client demos, strategy meetings and marketing meetings.

Skills and Experience

  • Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Any telephone based customer related work is highly desirable eg. Account management, telemarketing, telesales, customer service.
  • You must be enthusiastic, eager to learn and driven.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • You must have a professional and confident telephone manner.

You will have a keen interview in pursuing a career in sales, must be energetic, tenacious and looking to work within a fast paced sales environment.
