My Client is looking for a strong Sales Adminsitrator to join their Family run business based in Highbridge from Tuesday-Saturday. You will be supporting the sales team whilst working alongside 3 other Sales Administrators

My client is the largest Cravan, Motorhome and Camping Dealership in the South West and is family business developed over 50 years.

Description

The role of a Sales Administrator will include but will not be limited to:

  • Preparing documents, letters and invoices
  • Leasing with the sales team
  • Filing documents
  • Updating internal databases
  • Communicating internally and with third parties via email and phone
  • Photocopy and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues

Profile

The successful Sales Administrator should possess the following:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A genuine interest in Caravans
  • Previous Sales Administration exposure is essential
  • Strong organisational and attention to detail abilities
  • Competent using Microsoft Office packages including Excel
  • Exposure to an administrative position
  • Full drivers license is required
