Job Title: Director / Business Director / Sales Team Director (MPS / Managed Print Solutions)
Territory: London / South East / Essex
Basic: £60,000 (dependent on experience)
OTE: Double uncapped

This client is an up and coming key player in the Managed Print / MPS market and due to their continued growth they are expanding their MPS Division yet again. They are looking for a Billing Field Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Team Manager to be based out of their regional London offices and to build and grow a team of Field Sales Executives as well as carry their own sales target. This company offers an unrivalled bonus structure and genuine opportunity to progress into Senior Management as this business function grows.

You will either be currently managing a sales team right now OR be a senior level field sales candidate with some exposure to management / mentoring, now ready to take that step up.

**please note, you MUST be currently in the MPS / Managed Print Solutions Sales industry to be considered for this role. **

Director / Business Director / Sales Team Director Role:
Your role will be split into two parts;
-To build a team of Field Sales Executives who will be selling MPS / Managed Print Services into both SME's and Corporate markets
-You will do field accompaniments to help develop their skill set and help close larger sales opportunities when required
-You will help train and develop the team as well conduct 1 to 1's
-To ensure each Field Sales Executive and the team achieves targets set out by the company

-Other key responsibilities of your role will be to cross sell new MPS / Managed Print Solutions into an existing client base of customer which is mainly in the SME and smaller corporate marketplaces
-You will also be responsible for sourcing brand new clients and to grow the company's client base
-Offerings will consist of both hardware and related software products so you need to be solution focused
-Solutions to include HP Copiers, MFD's & Scanners and related Document Management software products
-You will self-generate your own appointments and run your own diary effectively

Director / Business Director / Sales Team Director Requirements:

- All candidates MUST have at least 2 years' experience gained in the MPS / Managed Print Solutions industry in a similar role
-Have excellent leadership and motivation skills
-Have excellent cross selling and closing skills
-All candidates must be solution driven
-Must be very money hungry, success driven and target driven
-Have bucket loads of enthusiasm
