Part time Personal Assistant 12 months contract
About the role:
To manage the Chief Executive’s office as well as supporting the Chairman and members of the Board of Trustees, liaising with the senior management team, providing help as and when required and acting as the main point of contact.
Looking to fill a maternity leave for an EA to the CEO. It is a pivotal role that requires some flexibility and self-motivation. There will be a handover of at least 2/3 weeks, looking at a start date of 10 June 2019. The assignment will be until May 2020, however, there will be a usual 8 weeks’ notice period to the actual return and another handover piece the other end.
The hours will be 30 hours per week over 4 or 5 days, however, some flexibility will be required for travel to London office and possible UK sites, not often but the person needs to be flexible. Evening meeting sometimes crop up, again not always but there is an expectation they will support the CEO in his duties. There can be quiet times, so self-motivation and a need to integrate within the business is important.
We are offering a salary of £30-32,000 pro rata, including 25 days (pro-rata if not five days) holiday entitlement and other generous benefits such as 6% pension, time off at Christmas (1.5 days given), complimentary drinks, water and fruit.
