What will I be doing?

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll support our client’s busy Customer Service Team.

In this varied role, you will:

- Respond to customers’ queries
- Liaise with distribution carriers regarding deliveries
- Monitor incoming emails
- Arrange for goods to be collected
- Carry out a range of admin tasks
- Order office supplies

What do I need?

While no experience is required, to join our client as a Customer Service Assistantr, you’ll need:

- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (due to our client’s location)
- Great communication skills
- Plenty of enthusiasm and the desire to learn
- A positive attitude
- The ability to work well as part of a team
