Technical Account Manager French Speaking
Our client is a rapidly growing InsurTech business based in London. They are an Insurance software provider who provide a platform for companies to trade Insurance products. Working with Insurers, Managing General Agents (MGA's), and Brokers they can design and deliver insurance products quickly and efficiently with a customisable product with enhanced features including claims functionality and many other features.
They currently require a French speaking; client focused Technical Account Manager to join the team in London, with responsibility for managing European clients. This is a customer facing role focusing on identifying and meeting clients, understanding the client's needs, and gathering requirements while providing technical, product, and business knowledge to support sales processes and strengthen customer relationships.
We are looking for someone who can identify and meet Insurance clients to understand their requirements whilst identifying ways the Insurance SAAS product can help them. You will need to be familiar with sales contracts and maintain a realistic pipeline indicating the true status of prospective clients. The role is collaborative and you will partner with other employees to manage, support, and retain key accounts. This may involve conducting technical demonstrations of software and partnering with the service delivery and engineering teams to support and configure the design of the product for the client.
The role will require travel to client sites within Europe and exposure to the Insurance market is a must-have for this role. A degree in Business, Maths, Computer Science, or an equivalent degree is a useful asset as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Fluent French and English (or German) is essential for this role.
