My Stevenage client are looking for a customer focussed, resilient individual to join their successful Claims Handling team. If you are empathetic, calm and professional, then this could be the role for you!
Job Title: Claims Handler
Salary: £21,295 per annum
Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00 - 5:00)
What you’ll be doing…
- Guide the claim from initial notification through to settlement
- Be empathetic and understanding, taking responsibility for timescales and service level agreements
- Appoint relevant suppliers to assist with resolving the claim
- Ensure all customers are treated fairly and you are giving them the best customer experience at all times
- MUST have previous call centre experience
- MUST have a minimum of 5 grades C and above in GCSE
- MUST have knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
