My forward thinking and award winning client is currently looking for an experienced administrator to join their administration team. The purpose of the role is to offer efficient and effective administration support to the team.

This role is working 09:00- 17:00: Monday - Friday.
Duties to include:
Meeting and greeting visitors
Managing the switchboard
Dealing with deliveries
Providing an efficient administration support
Data entry on new database
Supporting with basic reporting
Taking ownership of database
Attending training as and when required

The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience and excellent attention to detail.
As well you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident IT skills is essential along with a strong ability to use a database.
