Customer Account Manager

As a Customer Account Manager, you will manage a case-load of customers with arrears on their loan accounts. You will support your customers through their financial difficulties, offer advice and find workable solutions that suits both parties, in line with TCF and FCA regulations.
You will have gained previous experience in a collections department, have the ability to empathise and support customers and genuinely like resolving customer problems.
