Key responsibilities include:-
- Dealing with orders and correspondence from Germany
- Printing emailed orders and creating job files
- Entering customer orders into in-house system
- Entering customers order requirements into design software
- Printing relevant order details for detailing and factory
- Actioning order amendments
- Running account reports for credit control
- Liaising with sales office and manufacturing dept
- Placing orders for parts
- Issuing of work details to the factory
