SALARY:Commensurate with experience and relevant qualifications

Our client is a leading and well-respected financial planning practice. The business is looking to appoint an exceptional and highly capable PA/Receptionist/Office Manager to join the team.

This interesting and varied role is full-time, or possibly part-time as a job share (2 part-time positions) within a busy regional Financial Planning Practice based in Trowbridge. Financial Services experience is essential.


  • Assisting the partners in the administration and management of the practice. This will include the smooth running of the office administration generally and assisting with HR matters, Health & Safety and FCA compliance.

  • Liaising with financial institutions and other professional bodies, and ensuring that client satisfaction is maintained to a very high level.


  • Have a proven track record of successful office/practice management in a similar role.

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and databases.

  • Be a team player and must have had significant experience in working within a financial services environment.

  • Possess a mature sense of responsibility and sensitivity to issues of a confidential nature.
