Our client is a leading and well-respected financial planning practice. The business is looking to appoint an exceptional and highly capable PA/Receptionist/Office Manager to join the team.
This interesting and varied role is full-time, or possibly part-time as a job share (2 part-time positions) within a busy regional Financial Planning Practice based in Trowbridge. Financial Services experience is essential.
Assisting the partners in the administration and management of the practice. This will include the smooth running of the office administration generally and assisting with HR matters, Health & Safety and FCA compliance.
Liaising with financial institutions and other professional bodies, and ensuring that client satisfaction is maintained to a very high level.
Have a proven track record of successful office/practice management in a similar role.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and databases.
Be a team player and must have had significant experience in working within a financial services environment.
Possess a mature sense of responsibility and sensitivity to issues of a confidential nature.
