Reed Accountancy are pleased to be working with an organisation in Braintree who are looking to hire a Credit Controller to their team.
You'll be responsible for supervising the collection of over £25million a month.
This is a full time, permanent role paying up to £30000 per annum.
The successful candidate will also receive a fantastic benefits package and be eligible for annual company bonuses.
- Building positive relationships with clients
- Ensuring clients meet contractual responsibilities
- Handle and resolve any payment errors
- Maintaining reports
- Supervising one other member of staff
- Monthly reconciliations
- Management reporting
- Continuous process improvement
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Experience within a Credit Control role
- Supervisory experience (preferable)
- Strong working knowledge of credit control processes
- Excellent communicator and strong relationship builder
- Good level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft applications (advanced excel is highly desirable; VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables)
- Experience using computerised finance systems
- Professional qualification highly desirable
