The opportunity

Be a part of our facilities management business that oversees work for leading organisations across the public and private sectors around the world.

The role

Finance Assistant

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing of the sales invoices on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Reviewing aged debt report on a weekly basis.

Chasing aged debt.

Dealing with any queries arising from billing.

Posting and processing the journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

Providing variance analysis on costs.

Assisting in producing balance sheet reconciliations.

Refreshing various month end reports.

Preparing monthly cost centre reconciliations.

Processing intercompany invoices and updating relevant tracker.

Updating various trackers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Uploading budgets onto coda

Updating monthly staff cost models.

Ensuring key vendors are paid on time.

Providing support to operations admin team.

Assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects.

The requirements

Your experience, knowledge and skills need to include:

At least 3 years’ experience of working in an accounts department.

Previous working experience in an FM market place with a similar role. would be ideal but not essential

Experience of CODA Dream Accounting software. not essential

Strong communication skills.

Ability work in a team as well as alone

Excellent organisation skills.

Ability to prioritise and manage many tasks concurrently.

Excellent customer service skills.

Competency in MS Excel and other finance systems/software.

Immaculate attention to detail, good focus and willingness to learn.
