Proactive Personnel ltd is pleased to be recruiting for their client based in the Crewe area.

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive who has some experience / knowledge in the print industry.

You will be tasked with seeking out new business, developing relationships with new and existing customers and maximising each sales opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in sourcing and developing leads from marketing campaigns and other sources.

You must be able to communicate the value to the specific products to prospective customers, express the USP’s and cultivate strong relationships.

  • Outbound calling to existing, lapsed and new customers

  • Maintaining a high meaningful activity level

  • Conversion of both incoming enquiries and new leads

  • Effective margin control

  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ongoing aftersales support

The candidate must have:

  • Excellent telephone and personal manner

  • Experience in a print based industry

  • Experience of working in a target driven environment

  • Proven ability to close sales and manage the sales cycle

  • Some experience in the use of CRM (Dynamics) would be desirable

  • A willingness and ability to talk with people

  • An ability to thrive in an empowered self-management approach to your work, while remaining accountable for results and discussion of barriers

An immediate start is available.

08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday, some flexibility with hours is available.
