The role of this Recruitment Specialist pivots across customer service, revenue generation and business development; engaging a network of clients, candidates and colleagues to drive business and personal reward. You will be joining a desk with a history of high-achievement and fast progression.

This role will be based around the Chertsey area, Surrey.
To be a successful Recruitment Specialist;
- You must be a successful and active listener; attending pitches and meetings with prospective clients and having the confidence to prioritise and lead these engagements.
- You will need to find consistency in changing market conditions; able to adapt and maintain composure when times are tough and when times are frantic and exciting.
- You will be elastic to commercial information, mining for insight and using this research to identify future recruitment needs before matching these to your network and portfolio of potential candidates.
- This role involves collaboration, working as the part of a team and motivating each other to be successful together and rewarded personally too.
