Are you an experienced Administrator with an interest in supporting a very busy Payroll function om a part time basis?

My Client, a well known and extremely reputable Business is looking to recruit a new member to the team to provide administrative support to their busy Payroll function whose responsibility is to ensure that the Business Payroll is proceesed on time, benefits are run properly and staff are paid on time.

As administrative support you will be required to keep the Manager update re any problems and ensure that the following areas are covered effectively-

  • Maintaining the staff database with correct information
  • Printing, checking and authorising overtime forms
  • Carrying out referencing procedures
  • Updating personal details
  • Entering new employee addresses on the system
  • Requesting travel expense payments
  • Filing
