Accounts Assistant, South Leeds, £25k plus benefits
Your new company
You will be working for a market leading manufacturing organisation, with offices based in South Leeds. This innovative and highly successful business now have an immediate requirement for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Setting up supplier payments
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Processing employee expense claims
- Processing sales invoices on sales ledger
- Credit control, via phone and email
- VAT refund claims
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success. You will have worked within a similar SME environment within industry, and possess the ability to be flexible depending on the needs of the business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful organisation and work within a small, friendly finance team.
