A New Position available for a senior team manager has become available in the Camden area.

Offering a generous £35,000 per annum.

The Mental Health Division sits within this department and offers a unique clinical staffing line structure headed up by a Senior Clinical Lead. This has ensured that our Reflective Supervision, specialist Mental Health training and our Integration Plus offer is second to none, placing us as leaders of innovation within the sector. We help customers with a range of mental health issues and complex needs to achieve their well-being goals across a range of service provision including Crisis Intervention, Integration Plus, CQC registered provision, Personality Disorder services and Floating / discharge support. About the role:
There will be ample scope to make your mark and impress in roles which provide enthusiastic, experienced individuals with the opportunity to shape the services in question. You will see your ideas implemented and will have the chance to inspire and develop colleagues, as you lead a multi-skilled team in the delivery of a number of innovative support programmes.

As a Senior Team Manager you will manage a portfolio of mental health services, making sure that these remain customer-focused, compliant and commercially viable. You will ensure that all contracts incorporate best practice, as you manage and motivate Team Managers, assume responsibility for budgets and expertly maintain our local authority, stakeholder and business partner relationships.
