Morgan McKinley are currently working with a rapidly growing business based in South Bristol, on the outskirts of both Bristol and Bath. They are currently looking to recruit a Finance Supervisor in to their Takings team.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure the timely, accurate and efficient processing of all daily takings information for all sites within the group. This will involve the line management tasks of several team leaders and senior Clerks, oversee accurate reconciling and posting of all taking information and making sure the team delivers to SLA's. You will be required to have in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end taking process and suggest efficiency and reporting improvements to the FC/FD. You will also be responsible for trouble-shooting sites who are having problems with the takings process, which may include going on site to carry out re-training. You will be heavily involved in system and process improvements.

In order to be successful in this role you will ideally be AAT qualified with a keen interest to study towards CIMA. You will have previous finance experience, be able to work to a high degree of accuracy and be confident dealing with a high volume workload. You must have good communication skills, excellent IT skills (Excel - V Lookups/Pivot Tables) and a strong team ethic.
