An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate Unit Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a beautiful nursing home based on the outskirts of Edmonton. The home provides a friendly and homely atmosphere for the staff, the residents and their families.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Unit Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their lovely care homes on the outskirts of Edmonton town centre. The service provides person centred care to elderly residents and residents with dementia. This versatile nursing home also provides care to residents with a range of mental health conditions and learning disabilities. The service boasts an excellent reputation and good CQC rating. The staff take great care about the quality of care that they provide, and the home manager is looking for a motivated Unit Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to ensure the smooth running of the unit at all times.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. You must have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Previous managerial and leadership experience is essential for this position.
