We have a fantastic opportunity for a Tenancy Coach to join our team in Bexley and provide tenancy coaching to our customers in the local area. This is an exciting time to join Orbit as we look to embed a new coaching delivery model to support our customers, so that they can sustain tenancies and live happy lives.
As an organisation we are committed to creating sustainable tenancies in line with our mission of 'building communities'. This will be achieved through a series of pre-tenancy and in tenancy assessments, interviews and by providing or facilitating appropriate levels of coaching or guidance to customers where needed.
This is a key role so it is essential that you have experience of coaching and guiding skills to individuals on a one-to-one or in a group basis. You will be able to coordinate and provide front line delivery inline with our new model. You will have experience of managing your own caseload and dealing with vulnerable groups encouraging independence and help our customers manage their home, money and rent payments using a coaching approach. An employment background is desirable but not essential. This role provides the opportunity to manage your own workload, you will work independently by booking relevant venues to carry out group exercises. There will be some travel as you will be responsible for covering the Bexley area.
Please note you will need to drive and have access to a vehicle as part of your role will require you attending group sessions at chosen venues booked within Bexley.
