Business Development Manager (Education / e Learning )- £35k to £45k Basic OTE £65k - £7 0k + Benefits + 25 days paid holiday + fantastic training / career development. Supported by a world-class team of entrepreneurs and education specialists, they create and commercialise products that facilitate learning in fun, innovative and effective ways, using a variety of digital media. Their existing products are used in approximately 1,500 schools / educational institutions. About the role of Business Development Manager This is a once-in-a-career opportunity for a dynamic sales executive to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment, within a private equity backed business. You will be the driving force of sales, surrounded by like-minded sales professionals, and supported by an outstanding marketing team. To illustrate the ambition of the company, they have over just two years, scaled the sales team of another of their brands from 2 to 20 individuals. You will be coming in on the ground floor of a project they expect to be equally successful and have invested in significantly to hit the ground running in Q1 / Q2 2018. You will be reporting into the Head of Sales and will be working off warm leads selling their online resourcing tools / solutions into the primary school / education sector. This is mostly an inside sales role selling into Primary School Head Teachers – our client believes this product will be transformational for primary schools across the country and market research conducted with Head and Deputy Head Teachers has been extremely positive, highlighting that their product is addressing a significant gap, not catered for by existing digital and physical services. You will be the first Business Development Manager they hire to sprearhead the sales effort before they look at growing the team and therefore this opportunity would suit a hungry and ambitious sales individual who has ambitions of moving into a Sales Manager role later on down the line.
