Benefits: Free car park Staff shop Canteen on site Temp worker benefit app Hours of Work and Pay Rate: Monday - Friday: 09:00AM - 17:00PM £ PER HOUR - £ PER HOUR dependant on experience Minimum 1 month temporary role (could be extended), with an immediate start Responsibilities : New Starter documentation - offer packs including contracts, cover letters, all associated paperwork including payroll, right to work checks, benefits & Workday (HR System) Contractual changes - all associated paperwork (inclusive of benefits) and related payroll/SAP documentation and amendments Exit paperwork - organise exit interview, produce and process all associated paperwork including payroll & SAP Other documentation relating to employment, such as maternity confirmation, relocation, references, long service and ad hoc requests from employees Manage and process all payroll documentation to tight deadlines in line with outsourced payroll provider Organise and manage efficient electronic filing system for key HR documentation, including maintaining employee files Manage and respond to all employee queries; provide consistent policy and process advice, filtering and redirecting as appropriate Liaise with payroll to solve pay related issues Workday administration and ownership. Resourcing administration - preparing materials to support with recruitment, arranging interviews and managing the relationship with the preferred suppliers Talent administration - The set-up and organisation for learning and development Reward administration Provide additional support on specific HR projects as and when required Requirements : Microsoft Office Excellent organisational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to multi task Experience of working in a HR environment is desirable Fully checkable work history If this sounds like the role for you then you need to click apply today!
