Stores Admin (Part time) A Leading Manufacturing organisation based in Crawley requires a Stores Admin to join their growing repairs team on a contract basis. The purpose of this role is to support and expedite the repairs and orders books. The stores manager requires a candidate with previous experience as a Expediter with knowledge of the stocks and repairs space. This is a 12 month contract position with the opportunity to be ongoing. Responsibilities: To ensure specified supplier delivery commitments are reflected in SAP, respond to supplier enquiries and manage adherence of schedule to ensure delivery to plan. To be process compliant through the use of company standard systems, processes and reports to resolve potential delivery hazards. To be the primary interface and lead operational relationships with suppliers to lead and co-ordinate all improvement activity associated with planning, control, inventory, delivery and lead time. To manage and coordinate delivery issues, reporting shortages and recovery programmes to meet the plan. Manage the impact and escalate issues as required. Requirements Previous experience with either diary management or stocks and supply management. IT Literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Strong organisational skills are a must.
