A successful and niche company, who provide specialist coaching and training solutions, are seeking a highly skilled Administrator/Coordinator to assist with their client liaison and to coordinate their specialised training experts accordingly.

The Client Services Coordinator

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be the vital link in the process between the trainers and the clients, working closely with colleagues to provide great service to clients and book in their required sessions. You will then liaise with the trainers and coaches, booking them in for certain times and types of sessions. You will then complete all necessary administration work, logging all interaction on the database, collating feedback and managing the internal process involved in the training provision.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successfully considered for this Client Services Coordinator position, you will have a good foundation of working in an administrator role or similar. You will have experience of coordinating between a range of parties and be confident in your organisation. If you have any experience of diary management or scheduling, this would certainly be an advantage. You will also be skilled using Microsoft Office as well as a database.

This role would be ideal, but not limited too, those who are or have:

- Studying towards CIPD (1-3 ideally)

-Strong administrators

-Event or Project coordination experience

- Good diary managment skills

What's On Offer

If successfully chosen to be a Client Services Coordinator, you will receive a salary of up to £22,000, dependent on experience. This is a full time permanent position, with great benefits on offer. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
