Job Title: Property Administrator Hours : 20 per week (times to be agreed) Duties will be as follows: Work as a team member to ensure: Tenancy management Updating all tenancy schedule for all property companies (commercial and residential) Liaison with property finance to ensure billings are made and rents collected Management of Deposit Protection Scheme Dealing with high level debt chasing and query resolution Property Insurance Management of insurance spreadsheets Obtaining quotes from brokers for new policy’s Utility administration (Gas, Elec, Water) Entering data from all family company property utility bills Verification of readings, pre-approval, query resolution. Tendering utility contracts Business rates and council tax Entering data from all vacant property rates bills verification of dates, pre-approval, Query resolution Administration Issuing quarterly reporting and compliance information to banks and mortgages companies. Liaison with managing agents and other project managers Creating a property filing system and ensuring this is kept up to date. Opening all company post and distributing to the team. Maintenance / project Dealing with incoming enquiries from tenants and various Betfred head offices Organising quotations for refurbishment and repair works various properties. Working alongside Property managers and Property accountants during their varied management roles
