The Company: •Leading global supplier of specialist industrial and bulk chemicals, growing further everyday •Specialise in selling raw materials from business to business with a product range of over 10,000 •Operates at multiple sites across the UK, near to 1000 employees, and generating a turnover in excess of £300 million. •Excellent reputation for quality and service with customers globally •Recognised as being the leading supplier in the UK The Role: Sales Manager •Man Management role working out of the London depot. •Managing the London sales team of 5. 2 external and 3 internal sales reps. Plans to increase the team to 6 in the near future. •Responsibilities will include organising, assisting and coaching to implement the overall sales strategy to ensure London achieves its sales target. •The team sells industrial chemicals into Material Science and Life Science sector. •Materials is non-food companies like cleaning products, Life science is the food sector selling into manufacturers of big well-known food brands. •The team are targeted on number of trading accounts and gross margin prior to the year before. •The depot is targeted at £350-400k GP per month.
