Starting Salary Range: £22,500 - 27,000 (Based on experience)

Our client is an award winning protection intermediary working within the non-advice consumer market. As part of their continued growth they are seeking to appoint to appoint an experienced Quality Assurance Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the operation to drive and deliver the quality framework and ultimately produce an outstanding customer experience.
To be considered you must have a background within a fast paced in a contact centre environment and be able to demonstrate experience in effective call monitoring to ensure staff adhere to the rules and procedures set out by the regulator.
In addition to call monitoring, your other duties include file checks, liaising with third parties, monitor all communications with customers and dealing with investigations linked to potential complaints.
You must be adept at delivering constructive feedback in a manner that is positive and supportive to the consultants.
Working alongside the training department you will be experienced in implementing changes to procedures and rules in a way in which is easy for the sales consultants to take on board and build into their client interactions in a complaint and customer focused manner.
Experience in providing support and guidance to junior members of the compliance team is essential as is the ability to prioritise and delegate takes.
