Our client is a small, closely-knit Commercial insurance brokerage established over 40 years ago, and they are looking for someone to join their family. Their office is based in the Croydon area and you will be required to attend training and staff meetings, but other than this you will be working from home. This is an opportunity to work for a very friendly and flexible broker where you can make the role your own - they are a business that believes in relationships & rapport, so attending Networking Events, Exhibitions and Business Meetings could become a regular part of your role, should you wish. The role: dealing with predominately existing clients' enquiries on a daily basis handling incoming new business enquiries and working across a range of personal lines, B2B and SME products/clients. processing MTA's & other queries on a daily basis What they need from you: Work from Home / Remote Working Insurance Industry Experience Open GI &/or Acturis CRM Experience Independent Working Full UK License & Access to own vehicle Brilliant Telephone Manner Broadband Connection & Space to Work from Home What they will provide: Laptop Company Phone Full Training 28 Days Holiday (inc.
