Business Support Assistant
Our client, Ostara Systems Ltd is a UK based company that has been committed to providing user friendly, effective and affordable Computer-Aided Facilities Management software solutions since 2007. The Ostara CAFM solution is based on sound FM principles and have been designed developed and tested by FM and software experts – who have been involved in maintaining the estates for the likes of Tesco, John Lewis, Waitrose and Boots – to deliver significant tangible benefits to anyone in the FM industry. Due to the level of growth they are experiencing, they are now looking for a Business Support Assistant to join the Ostara team based around the Milton Keynes area. What you will do: Their clients vary from start-ups, SMEs, retail estates and large blue chip companies. An amazing opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of business support tasks, including but not limited to: •Management of the Ostara Support Desk Ticketing System •Promptly handling queries from Clients •Supporting the CEO and Operations Director with the management of new Client implementation projects and existing Client development projects •Completing monthly calls with Clients to ensure customer focused service delivery •Liaison with internal teams to ensure processes are completed correctly and in a timely manner •Assisting with ad-hoc tasks related to office facilities and Business Support administration What is in it for you? Essential: •Experience of working in a busy office environment and working to a consistently high standard •Effective communication skills •A drive to deliver in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing own workload •Excellent attention to detail and a high level of organisational skills •Strong IT skills, with several years’ experience using Excel Desirable: •Degree educated (preferably in a business or marketing related subject) •Previous admin experience (Software or Facilities Management would be advantageous) Due to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application.
