This is an exciting opportunity to join the Royal British Legion as we grow and develop our care services. The Quality and Innovation Manager is responsible for leading and embedding a culture of high quality services through innovation, and is accountable for the implementation of learning resources to support the delivery of continuous improvement across Care Services.
You will be a manager with significant knowledge of the Health & Social Care Act 2008, Care Act 2014 and Fundamental Standards of Quality and Safety: CQC Regulations 2009 (as amended) and government agenda in this field. You will also have experience of developing successful teams. As well as designing, implementing and auditing quality systems in Health & Social care settings you will be required to manage matters relating to performance, quality and innovation across Care Services.
The Legion are developing strategic plans to expand our care services, providing a wider range of services to a greater number of the Armed Forces Community. We are developing new care homes, developing additional services connected to our homes, and are expanding our Admiral Nurse services. This is a very exciting time to be joining the Legion.
The successful candidate will based from home to balance the travel that is required across the UK to our care homes and Admiral Nurse Services
