Our client is a family run organisation who over many years have worked hard to achieve a well-established business and continued success, they not only boast a healthy client base but they are situated in a scenic location within very attractive offices! The good news is they also like to spoil their staff having been known to treat employees to days at Ascot, Team Building Days and they run a monthly employee recognition scheme ... what's not to like?!

This role will suit a candidate with previous administrative experience who is looking for an opportunity to work 3 days per week to suit their personal circumstances. The hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm and the successful applicant will also be required to cover their colleagues holiday full time occasionally.

The role

This is an administration focused role working within a busy Accounts office environment. Suitable applicants will possess previous secretarial / administration experience within a professional office setting. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent typing, attention to detail and organisation skills. The role will involve front of house reception, answering all incoming calls to the office, taking / relaying messages, meeting and greeting visitors and clients, arranging meetings and diary management on behalf of the directors, general administrative duties - filing, data entry, post duties and any other duties as required by management.

The Person

We're looking for a true team player and someone who is passionate about doing an excellent job at all times. The client is keen to see candidates who take pride in their appearance, possess excellent secretarial / administrative skills and whilst balancing the work load of a busy office also represent the business professionally.


Candidates will ideally have 3 years previous secretarial / professional administration experience and excellent IT skills - Word, Excel and Email. It is essential that the right candidate has a professional yet friendly persona and a business- related qualification would be desirable but isn't essential
