Administration Assistant, 19k-24k - Great Dunmow

Working in partnership exclusively with a local client of ours based in Great Dunmow we are delighted to be recruiting a new role for them as their team continues to grow.

The bulk of this role will include planning client schedules - Speaking with clients to confirm information which is collated into an Excel Spreadsheet for each client and account. With this in mind you will need to be proficient on MS Excel and be able to create and use Vlookups, formulae's and create new spreadsheet pages
Once the Client Schedule is complete the Account Manager of the account will send this across to the client and come back to you with any amendments or sign off, you will need to have great communication skills as you are the administrative link between the Client and the Account Manager.

I am looking to speak with candidates who have experience working to deadlines, being organised and working heavily with Excel are all essential to this role.

Monday-Friday, 9:15am-5:30pm with 1 hour lunch
19k-24k dependent on experience
